LEAGUE at AT&T

LEAGUE at AT&T is one of the oldest Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) employee resource groups (ERG) established in corporate America.  Founded in 1987 as a charitable membership organization, LEAGUE at AT&T was comprised of individual chapters, with the first being established in Denver, Colorado.

To cultivate a workplace where every AT&T employee and retiree, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, thrives in an inclusive and equitable environment. Through dedicated advocacy, education, and community engagement, we aim to foster a culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging, support, and mutual respect.
