Rob (He/Him) is the current LEAGUE at AT&T CEO and is a past COO and former LEAGUE-GA Vice President and President of LEAGUE-GA for three years. His biggest accomplishment during that time was creating the first Job Shadow Day in partnership with Chris 180 specifically for self-identifying LGBTQ youth at AT&T.
Rob grew up in Colorado, but now lives in the North Georgia Mountains outside of Atlanta with his partner of 20 years, Bill. When they’re not tending to the needs of their beloved French Bulldogs or their chickens, they enjoy white water rafting, kayaking, cooking, and spending time with friends.

Mark (He/Him) is a thirty-year AT&T employee who has worked in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. He currently drives ACH strategy and vendor management in the Global Customer Payments Organization.
Mark returned to the Board as CFO, and previously served as CEO, COO, PR Officer, Communications and Strategy Director and held previous leadership roles at the chapter level.
A passionate advocate for inclusion, empowerment and education Mark also serves on the LEAGUE Foundation Board supporting college scholarships for graduating LGBTQ+ high school students. In his free time, you can find him and his partner traveling and volunteering.

Mike McManus (He/Him) joined AT&T as a System Administrator during the Cingular/BellSouth merger in 2007. He is currently in a Principal Information Security role with EASE, maintaining the SACT ecosystem of security tools and responding to audits including Sarbanes-Oxley Act and PCI DSS.
In 2013, Mike was elected president of the Pacific Northwest chapter (then known as the Washington chapter) of LEAGUE at AT&T. In that role, Mike was instrumental in establishing a relationship with Lambert House (a home for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth) and piloting “I Thought You’d Never Ask,” a fun speed-dating concept for having difficult conversations, with members of other PNW employee groups. Except for a two-year hiatus while working with IBM, Mike has been involved in LEAGUE leadership ever since, taking on the Chapter Congress Director role in 2022.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys singing bass with Seattle Men’s Chorus and traveling with his husband Gary.

Kathleen (She/Her) is a passionate champion for diversity and inclusion. She has been a proud member of LEAGUE for 11 years and previously served as Vice President of the Tri-State Chapter.
Kathleen has two decades of experience in service assurance for AT&T enterprise business customers. She is a product realization solution architect for enterprise network services.
Outside of work, she finds joy in walking her Maine Coon through the peaceful woods of her farm, organic gardening, and playing poker.

Cameron (he/him) joined AT&T in 2022 as part of the Technology Development Program (TDP), where he spent time as an analyst and engineer for both the Chief Data Office and in Network Analytics and Automation. He now works as a Network and Systems Engineer supporting AT&T's key applications in the Network Chief Technology Office.
During his time in TDP, Cameron led local Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for New Jersey. He learned about and joined LEAGUE through his time and has since led planning efforts for LEAGUE's 2024 National Pride Month Celebration.
Cameron is currently located in New Jersey, where he enjoys cooking, baking, rock climbing, and video games.

Hector (He/Him) started 2001 in Bellsouth then wireless and 8 different job titles but now work as a Credit Representative in Business Care & Sales landline in MN call center. And a union member since 2001 and union steward since 2007. Has had various positions in union leadership from local V.P. for wireless CWA Local 3122 In Miami to Member of the CWA National Human Rights & Equity Committee. Held leadership positions in the South Florida AFL-CIO and Job with Justice. Vast experience lobbing in Tallahassee and D.C. A member of Pride at Work (Afl-Cio) and supporter of the National Center for Transgender Equality. A proud member now of CWA Local 7250 MN. He also was in the bargaining committee for the Orange Wireless contract in 2017.
Hector like to spend time traveling with his transgender wife of 10 yrs. And calls Miami home where he lived most of his life and family lives. And will travel often to his homeland of Cuba to see his friends and family. He is a music collector and historian with over 3.5 terabytes of music from 146 countries.

Jennifer (She/Her/Hers) has been with AT&T since 2000 and is currently a Financial Systems Analyst with the Billing Integrity and Contract Implementation department in the FBO org.
Jennifer has been a member of League since 2002 and will serve as the Communications Director.
Jennifer currently lives in Jacksonville, FL with her wife of 10 years. In her spare she enjoys spending time with her 4 daughters, 7 grandchildren , and 3 furbabies.

Adam (he/him) joined AT&T in 2020 as a summer intern, and began full time in 2022 as a member of the Technology Development Program (TDP) assigned to the Northern California network C&E division. He currently works on data analytics for strategic pricing initiatives in enterprise markets, leveraging his background in technical development as well as his extensive leadership experience.
He is excited to jump on board with LEAGUE after spending the last few years working on the TDP pride month celebrations! Outside of work, Adam enjoys travelling, baking, and going to spin class with friends.
