In December, we take the opportunity to celebrate and show allyship for our Pansexual and Panromantic friends in the community. There are often misunderstandings about the use of these terms and a lack of information, so it’s good to take a minute to read the latest. It’s a testament to the evolving nature of our understanding that the Panromantic flag is in transition, some folks prefer aligning with the Pansexual flag and add a heart to signal the romantic aspects to this orientation, but folks are now adopting the unique 4-color Panromantic flag, where blue represents the romantic charm of dual men, a red represents the romantic charm of dual women, orange indicates a romantic attraction to a gender that is between binary and extra-binary, and green indicates the romantic charm of asexual people. In the Pansexual flag pink represents attraction to women, yellow represents attraction to nonbinary, genderqueer, agender, androgynous, or anyone who doesn't identify on the male-female binary, and cyan represents attraction to males.
